As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, drive automation, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewer’s global SaaS platform. Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms, leveraging GitOps workflows for declarative infrastructure and application management. Deploy feature and maintenance releases. Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability. Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code. Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues. Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus). Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD). Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell). Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres). Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus). Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation. Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.
