We are hiring a world-class Senior Social Media Manager and short form content expert.
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to become the dedicated content creator behind several exciting brands, from inspiring people to book unforgettable travel experiences, to helping families relocate abroad, to helping female online coaches build authority and scale their businesses.

You'll work directly with the CEO/Strategist and execute the content strategy. No client-facing responsibilities required.
Responsibilities
Edit and assemble engaging Instagram Reels aligned with each client's creative direction.
Design eye-catching Instagram Carousel posts that educate, entertain, and build authority.
Edit Reels, talking-head videos, and storytelling content across multiple brands.
Select trending audio/music and editing styles that maximize engagement and retention.
Apply color grading, color correction, and audio balancing for polished output.
Source natural-looking B-roll and supporting visuals.
Create Instagram Stories using photos, videos, graphics, polls, countdowns, and interactive elements.
Write engaging captions that match each brand's voice.
Post approved content per the content calendar and maintain a cohesive feed.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Kling AI, etc.) to improve workflows and efficiency.
Review analytics and recommend content improvements.
Revise content based on feedback while maintaining a high standard.
Stay current on Instagram trends and formats.
Requirements
Proven experience creating engaging Instagram content, with a strong portfolio (Reels, Stories, Captions, Carousels).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and AI creative tools.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, music selection, and visual detail.
Ability to spot trends while maintaining brand consistency.
Strong time management across multiple deadlines.
High adaptability and openness to feedback.
Clear, proactive communication and an ownership mindset.
