Senior Social Media Manager — AI & Web3
ShlenpowerAttractor AI & Dlicom · Full-time · Remote
Salary: depending on experience
Reports to: CMO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with daily stand-ups and agreed overlap with Dubai working hours.
About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Social Media & Growth Manager to own social distribution and organic audience growth across Attractor, an AI platform for creators, and Dlicom, a Web3-powered social app.
You’ll work on both brands alongside a dedicated Head of Content and our design, video, and community teams. Your entire Twitter feed consists of AI and Web3 content. Your responsibility is to reach the right audiences, grow our channels, and turn attention into meaningful interest and product adoption.
We need someone who takes ownership, brings ideas, and makes decisions without waiting for daily instructions.
What you’ll do
- Own channel strategy and audience growth. Define each channel’s purpose, target audience, publishing cadence, and growth priorities. Understand who we need to reach and check whether our content is actually attracting those people.
- Manage publishing and delivery. Own the publishing calendar for both brands. Turn marketing priorities into clear briefs for the Head of Content, covering the audience, objective, platforms, deliverables, deadline, and intended action. Coordinate production timelines and manage scheduled and real-time publishing.
- Build distribution beyond posting. Participate in relevant conversations, manage brand replies, and develop relationships with creators, projects, and communities. Organise collaborations, X Spaces, co-marketing, and audience activities. Propose budgets with clear objectives and report on results.
- Stay immersed in AI, Web3, and social platforms. Follow emerging projects, major ecosystems, market narratives, competitors, and platform developments daily. Identify relevant trends, audience feedback, and opportunities for distribution.
- Own analytics and experimentation. Track relevant audience growth, reach, engagement quality, referral traffic, and attributable sign-ups. Run regular tests and deliver weekly reports explaining what worked, what didn’t, and what should change.
- Keep execution reliable. Coordinate with content and production teams, flag blockers early, maintain secure account access, and follow approval rules. Handle launches and sensitive conversations with sound judgment.
Channels
Dlicom: X/Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. YouTube will be introduced later. Binance Square and CoinMarketCap are occasional supporting channels.
Attractor: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on video-led growth.
Discord: Managed by a separate community team. You will coordinate selected announcements and amplification, not own server management or daily moderation.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in social media or organic growth, with verifiable examples of accounts you personally managed and grew. Strong hands-on X experience and evidence of video-platform growth are essential.
- Genuine AI and Web3 knowledge. You actively follow these markets, understand their communities, and can communicate with both enthusiasts and mainstream users.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editorial judgment and an instinct for internet culture. Another language is a plus.
- Strong platform and analytical skills. You understand discovery and distribution mechanics, use native analytics and scheduling tools, and can translate data into practical decisions.
- Independent ownership and organisation. You can prioritise across two brands, brief creative teams clearly, manage budgets responsibly, and stay effective during fast-moving launches.
Our standard on AI
Use AI for research support, monitoring, reporting, and operational automation—not to write public-facing posts or replies. Generic AI phrasing, formulaic hooks, and templated commentary do not meet our standard.
What success looks like
Within your first 90 days, establish audience and channel priorities, reliable publishing workflows, clear reporting, and a consistent programme of growth experiments for both brands.
Success means measurable progress against agreed targets: relevant audiences, genuine engagement, and qualified traffic—not bought followers, engagement farming, or publishing volume alone.
