Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

She/he will lead the technical design and development of Microsoft-based digital products, internal platforms, and customer-facing applications. Support the relevant team and collaborate effectively to ensure operation efficiency.

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable digital products and enterprise applications.
• Identify emerging technologies and translate them into innovative services. Contribute to new digital product development & innovation.
• Define solution architectures based primarily on Microsoft technologies and Azure services. Design in Azure cloud environments.
• Embed information security, data protection, and secure development practices throughout the application lifecycle.
• Support IT team in the legacy systems as is.
• Contribute to data governance, analytics and responsible AI initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, design code and architecture and support the development of internal technical solutions with the team.
• Implement the company’s technology-digital strategy and contribute to the operational efficiency and service quality across business units

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology or related field
• Master’s degree (MSc or equivalent) in this field is considered a strong asset

Experience and Technical Competencies

Must have:

• At least 10+ years of demonstrated experience in software development and architecture of information systems, including substantial experience in senior development and working in dev teams.
• Demonstrated Experience with enterprise digital platforms, data systems, and emerging technologies
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, preferably including:

-C# and .NET / .NET Core

-ASP.NET Core and REST APIs

-Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL

-Azure DevOps and Git

-PowerShell and automation tools

• Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, API-first development, microservices, integration patterns, and event-driven architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure architecture, engineering, deployment and operations
• Demonstrated track record in leading complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud security, secure software development, identity management, role-based access control, and data protection

Strong understanding of:

· IT architectures

· Artificial Intelligence use

· Cybersecurity and data security by design

· International organizations working environment

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, data platforms, or Azure AI services
• experience in regulated sectors (e.g. energy, infrastructure, inspection/certification, industry)
