As a Senior Software Developer , you’ll play a key role in designing and building high-performing, user-friendly applications on our next-generation platform. You’ll collaborate across disciplines in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment to deliver impactful solutions that delight our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow developers to translate business needs into scalable software solutions Designing and implementing new features using modern architectural patterns like microservices and microfrontends Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with persistence and creativity Contributing to sprint planning and proactively removing blockers to meet delivery goals Mentoring team members on best practices, new technologies, and architectural decisions Driving continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team collaboration Championing clean code, usability, and performance in every solution you build What You Bring? Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in web application development Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue also considered) Strong skills in TypeScript and JavaScript Experience with CSS layout and preprocessors (e.g., Sass or Less) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous learning Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Familiarity with JavaScript bundlers (Webpack, Babel) Exposure to telemetry, monitoring, and observability tools Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., MUI) Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) Understanding of microfrontend frameworks (e.g., Piral) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Background in developing enterprise or SaaS products Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Additional Requirements: This role requires a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification.
