About the role
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer and Full-stack development experience with C#/.NET and modern frontend technologies.
The role focuses on designing and implementing integrations with external data sources, APIs, and specialized tools.

You will investigate third-party systems, determine the most suitable integration approach, and build reliable connectors using MCP, agents, or other integration patterns.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with unfamiliar systems, evaluating APIs and data schemas, and independently determining how external capabilities can be integrated into AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

• Experience building and troubleshooting distributed systems, APIs, SaaS integrations, or customer-facing technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, connector patterns, data integration, or developer platform onboarding
• Strong foundation in implementation using Azure Foundry, Azure Fabric, and GitHub Copilot
• Experience building agents, MCP servers, and using SDK/API-based integration capabilities
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across multi-component systems involving services, tooling, identity, and data flows
• Experience working directly with customers, partners, or external developers in onboarding, support, implementation, or solution engineering roles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide technical stakeholders through complex implementation and support scenarios
• Experience with C#/.NET and modern frontend technologies

• Experience developing or integrating marketplace offerings

Responsibilities

• Investigate external datasets, APIs, tools, and connectivity options
• Design and develop integrations with external data and tool providers
• Build and maintain MCP servers, agents, and API/SDK-based connectors
• Evaluate external systems and determine the most suitable integration approach
• Design scalable and reusable connector patterns
• Validate integrations for functionality, reliability, and performance
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across services, identity, tooling, and data flows
• Collaborate with external technical stakeholders throughout onboarding and integration
• Contribute to improving integration patterns, tooling, and engineering practices

Availability expectations

• Regular overlap with the US Pacific Time zone, with availability until approximately 12 PM PT on a daily basis
