Most importantly, you will be expected to make a difference. Position description: We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with a strong DevSecOps profile to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will have a central position to develop and maintain specific software for our generic product packaging, which will be a vital part of our business in order to scale our day of operations software as a service (SaaS) solutions. The team is responsible for developing our Configuration Environment, which is a collection of programs and services that in a standardized way serve as the foundation for our customers. The Configuration Environment (not building a sw application) is used to host, build, test and deploy the individual customer's product configuration, and plays a vital role in our business growth. Currently, the work involves building the next-generation DevOps solution, migrating from a self-hosted GitLab instance running across multiple virtual machines in AWS to a GitHub-hosted solution. This role involves designing and implementing this GitHub-based solution to achieve parity with the previous configuration environment setup while improving the user experience in several ways. This includes writing GitHub workflows, Bash scripts, and Python scripts, as well as integrating with AWS for deploying product systems. You will work together with a dedicated team of software engineers where collaboration and helpfulness are at the heart of our work culture. We work closely with both internal customers and other development teams as well as airline customers to develop solutions and improve user experience. Position responsibilities: Shape the technical ecosystem using your DevSecOps expertise to automate and enhance the user experience of the configuration environment, build robust containerized environments, tight product security, and seamless CI/CD pipelines. Solve complex problems using a sharp analytical approach to directly impact our product success, and utilize AI wherever it is effective. Collaborate across boundaries using strong communication skills to bridge your team with the wider organization. Drive innovation within an empowered, autonomous, and high-performing agile team Foster team growth by bringing a positive, driven attitude to an environment focused on continuous improvement and having fun. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in computing engineering or other relevant or equivalent education or experience Very good knowledge and skills in Python (scripting) Very good knowledge in using Linux environments (system admin) and Bash scripting Very good knowledge using GitHub workflows/actions and GitLab Pipeline Good knowledge and skills in container techniques (Docker and Kubernetes) Good knowledge and skills in AWS and cloud environments in general Interest in using AI in daily work Good knowledge, skills and interest in DevSecOps Strong analytical approach to problem solving Good communication skills A curious mind and a true continuous improvement mindset A team player Fluency in English (our corporate language), spoken and written Experience and interest in using and understanding agile methodology Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.
