As a Senior Software Development Engineer at CSG, you will lead the design, development, and testing of complex software systems, applying your expertise in agile methodologies and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. We are looking for Senior Software Development Engineer who will: You will lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment You will design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures and solutions You will conduct thorough debugging and performance optimization to ensure the stability and efficiency of software systems You will mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering their technical growth and development You will collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment on project goals You will drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing You will perform systems analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions You will actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 5–8 years ’ experience in Software Development with C# and .NET Proven experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on backend systems. Expert-level proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g. Python) Extensive experience with Agile Development methodologies Demonstrated expertise in Software Architectures and Software Design principles Strong skills in Debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues Experience with Software Testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective Mentorship and Stakeholder Management Proficient in Systems Analysis and problem-solving.
