They rely on multiple outdated platforms and error-prone manual work to admit residents. This fragmentation wastes time and leads to suboptimal care and business outcomes. We are seeking a high-ownership senior software engineer to own a full-cycle software development process from design to implementation and maintenance. What You’ll Do Ship user-facing features end-to-end. Partner with our amazing engineering team to scope, build, and release production-ready React screens, REST endpoints, and background services every sprint. Own the code you write. Produce clean TypeScript, well-tuned SQL, and thorough automated tests, delivering zero-downtime releases that raise our quality bar. Turn workflow pain points into product wins. Immerse yourself in the admissions journey and translate insights into intuitive UI flows and dependable backend logic that delight customers. Build internal tools that multiply velocity. Create dashboards, feature-flag systems, and dev-ops automations that let the whole team ship faster with total confidence. Invent the future of admissions.
