Senior Software Engineer

Description Senior .NET Software Engineer We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team. You will work on a mature, production-grade codebase and take an active role in modernising it — migrating from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10 while maintaining and extending existing functionality. Responsibilities Maintain and extend an existing .NET codebase across backend and frontend Drive the incremental migration from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10 Build modern frontend features in React.js alongside existing plain JavaScript/HTML Write and optimise T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic Work within a multi-threaded, async/await oriented architecture Requirements Strong C# experience across both .NET Framework and modern .NET (6+/10) Proven experience migrating legacy .NET applications to modern .NET Solid JavaScript skills, with hands-on React.js experience Good working knowledge of T-SQL (SQL Server) Understanding of multi-threaded and asynchronous programming patterns Ability to read, understand, and refactor existing production code without full documentation Nice to have Experience with Kubernetes or containerised deployments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Experience Licenses & Certifications Learn more about CAI
