The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable web applications using modern Microsoft technologies, with expertise in both backend and frontend development. This role requires hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core, modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs, database design, cloud deployment and modern software architecture principles, along with strong mentoring and collaboration skills. Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, testable code and enforce coding standards. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers. Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive improvements. Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 6+. Solid experience with Web API, RESTful services, Entity Framework, LINQ. Strong front-end experience with Blazor/Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Experience with SQL Server and database design/optimization. Good understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. Hands-on with Azure/AWS, containerization (Docker), and orchestration concepts. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kubernetes, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and caching (Redis). Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP). Prior experience in leading modules/teams in enterprise projects. Relevant Microsoft/Azure certifications are a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup Education Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
