Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an AI-focused market research technology company as a senior full-stack engineer. You will improve a production platform that helps organizations generate actionable insights, with a direct connection between your work and user outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own full-stack features from React components and TypeScript interfaces through API design and PostgreSQL schemas.

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders and users to define needs, refine requirements, and deliver features end to end.

• Build and use AI agents to improve software development workflows and add platform capabilities.

• Design and optimize backend services, REST and Socket APIs, and data models as research data grows.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to solve user problems and improve existing systems.

What We're Looking For

• Eight to fifteen years of full-stack engineering experience, including delivering features from database to user interface.

• Deep proficiency with React and TypeScript, plus strong JavaScript and PostgreSQL skills, including complex queries, schema design, and performance optimization.

• Experience with production systems, REST or Socket APIs, and technologies such as Node.js, Docker, AWS, and Git.

• Practical experience using AI agents to build and maintain software, and the ability to build modern agents.

• A bachelor's degree or higher, strong product judgment, and a record of working independently with users and non-technical partners.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $210,000 to $245,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Equity and other benefits were not specified.
