Senior Software Engineer (C# & .NET)

***This 6+ month contract-to-hire position offers a path to long-term employment and includes a hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the West suburbs of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota. Build scalable solutions that support business operations, automation, and product development initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning activities. Integrate applications with external systems, APIs, and services. Contribute to development best practices, CI/CD improvements, and engineering process enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments. Stay current with emerging technologies and software development best practices. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Professional software development experience using C# and .NET. Strong experience developing applications with modern .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core. Experience designing and supporting scalable software solutions in production environments. Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices. Experience integrating applications with APIs and third-party systems. Strong understanding of software design principles and code quality best practices. Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
