Senior Software Engineer (C++11, Linux, DSA)

I. What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join our dynamic team, working on a large-scale backtesting and simulation platform used by thousands of users worldwide.

• Develop and enhance a high-performance C++ simulation/backtesting platform.
• Design and implement features with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, memory, concurrency, and throughput issues.
• Work closely with quantitative researchers and global technical teams.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Analyze platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

II. What You'll Bring

*Must Have

• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional C++ development experience, preferably in a Linux environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, memory management, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and high-performance systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Competitive programming experience is a strong advantage, such as ICPC, ACM-ICPC, Codeforces, or other programming competitions/achievements.

*Nice to Have

• Experience using AI/LLMs to improve software development productivity, such as code generation, debugging, testing, or automation.
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or prototyping.
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale software platforms.
• Knowledge of graph processing, streaming, or dataflow systems.

• Working Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM - Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
