Design and implement high-performance backend solutions in Avaloq / Oracle stack Deliver end-to-end execution from specification to production Build scalable, reusable components across accounting modules Optimize SQL / PL-SQL performance and system integration Ensure correct implementation across layers (Kernel / Baseline / Client) Proactively resolve defects with focus on root-cause elimination Drive automation, testability, and engineering standards Collaborate with BAs to ensure smooth translation from requirement → execution Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and backend engineering Minimum 5 years of experience Experience with Avaloq Script or similar core banking platforms Proven ability to deliver in SLA-driven, production-critical environments Strong capability in performance tuning and system integration Ability to work across complex financial/accounting logic Ownership mindset with focus on delivery reliability and maintainability We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
