Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (all genders) to join our new Integrations & Partner Enablement team in Noida. The team connects TeamViewer products to the enterprise systems our customers run on, such as ERP, warehouse management (WMS) and manufacturing execution (MES) systems, and gives partners the tools to build integrations on their own.

You will own integration features end to end, shape technical direction for our SDKs and integration templates, and act as a technical reference and mentor in the team. The work is mostly backend, with web frontend work on our extension tools. You will work closely with engineering and product teams in Europe.

• Design, build and maintain our Connector SDK, integration templates and backend services using Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript.

• Build web extensions and tooling with React and TypeScript.

• Drive design decisions for scalable, secure and reusable integrations, applying event-driven and API-first principles.

• Design data mapping and transformation between our products and enterprise systems such as SAP, WMS and MES.

• Turn customer-specific integrations into standard, configurable templates.

• Write developer documentation, samples and guides for partners and system integrators, and support them technically.

• Drive testing strategy across the stack (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development in the team: set good practices, share workflows and keep quality high.

• Mentor other engineers, lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development across backend and frontend, with a track record of leading technical topics.

• Strong backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Spring Boot, or with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript.

• Strong experience with enterprise integration: REST APIs, data mapping and transformation, event-driven integration and messaging.

• Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Docker and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and a clear view on how to use them responsibly in a team.

• A consulting mindset: able to understand a customer process and turn it into a reusable, standard solution.

• Experience mentoring engineers and working in agile teams.

• Good working-hours overlap with Central European Time.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Background in SAP consulting or a systems integrator, or at a product company with an integration platform or SDK (e.g. iPaaS, WMS or MES vendors).

• Experience with SAP integrations (e.g. SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, OData, BAPI/RFC, IDoc, SAP BTP / Integration Suite); SAP certification is a plus.

• Experience with WMS or MES products (e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, Siemens Opcenter) and understanding of logistics, warehouse or manufacturing processes.

• Experience building SDKs, developer tools or developer documentation.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe.
