Location: Pakistan (Fully Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Company: Attimo Technologies Ltd
Attimo is an early-stage technology startup building an AI-native platform that transforms how teams plan, manage, and deliver complex projects.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our third-party integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure, connecting enterprise software, customer data, and AI agents into a unified ecosystem.
You will take end-to-end ownership of our integrations architecture, MCP servers, and connectivity infrastructure.
Working directly with our CTO, you will design, build, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable integrations with enterprise platforms while enabling AI agents to interact safely and reliably with external systems.
This is a hands-on engineering position with significant architectural responsibility and the opportunity to establish the technical foundations of a growing AI-native product.
- Enterprise Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain production-grade integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- MCP Infrastructure: Build and maintain MCP servers and clients that enable AI agents, including ChatGPT and Claude, to access authorized tools, resources, and actions.
- Backend Engineering: Develop scalable services and connectors using NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Full-Stack Development: Build integration management interfaces using Next.js and React, including authentication flows, configuration, monitoring, and administration.
- Security and Authentication: Implement OAuth 2.0/2.1, OpenID Connect, secure credential storage, token refresh, and multi-tenant access controls.
- Reliability and Performance: Engineer robust synchronization mechanisms, webhooks, pagination, retries, rate-limit handling, and background processing.
- AI Agent Security: Protect against prompt injection, data leakage, excessive permissions, and unauthorized tool execution.
- Engineering Excellence: Establish reusable integration frameworks, automated testing, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations in production.
- Demonstrated experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Graph.
- Practical experience building and deploying MCP servers used by real applications or AI agents.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Python.
- Production experience with Next.js and React, including delivering end-to-end features.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, and secure API authentication.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, background job systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of MCP tools, resources, prompts, transports, authorization, and SDKs.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and production debugging.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and professional English communication.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving early-stage startup.
- Open-source contributions to the MCP ecosystem.
- Experience with FastAPI, pgvector, Redis, BullMQ, or Celery.
- Familiarity with RAG, graph databases, or agent orchestration.
- Experience implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR-related security controls.
- Previous experience as an early or founding engineer.
- Own a critical engineering capability from its earliest stages.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding team.
- Shape the architecture of an emerging AI-native platform.
- Solve challenging problems involving enterprise connectivity, security, and agent infrastructure.
- Work fully remotely from Pakistan with meaningful technical autonomy.
