Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We're currently looking for an experienced Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of its software products.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive software testing strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, Bruno, or similar tools.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, and other QA documentation.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support performance testing and system quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote effective testing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant Software QA / Testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Solid understanding of structured testing methodologies and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, preferably using Postman, Bruno, or similar tools.
• Experience with regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MYT

Salary: MYR 5,000–8,500/month
