Senior Software Test Engineer

As a Test Analyst, you will...

• Collaboration & Planning: Partner with developers and stakeholders to review business requirements, define quality expectations, and drive estimation and planning for testing efforts.
• Test Design & Data Management: Create and optimize test data within a Dynamics 365 ERP environment while maintaining a comprehensive library of reusable test assets, validation queries, and regression scenarios.
• Data Validation & Execution: Verify data accuracy, integrity, and transformation logic across source systems, integration layers, and target platforms (including Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake) using SQL.
• Defect Management: Execute manual and automated test scenarios, analyze results, and rigorously track bugs, data quality issues, and application inconsistencies.
• Automation & Quality Governance: Support the enhancement of automated testing capabilities, manage test artifacts, and proactively drive improvements in QA processes and overall testing efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• College or University degree in Information Technology / Economics Finance/accounting or production/logistics software knowledge is a great advantage
• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Fluent English is required both oral and written
• Experience in the development of Test Plans, Test Case and Test Reports
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and the ability to analyze and validate complex data transformation logic.
• Ability to understand and interpret data mappings, transformation rules, and business logic documentation.
• Experience validating data against source-to-target mapping specifications and business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex data flows and transformation processes.
• Experience in data validation and data quality testing.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Computer skills including use of MS productivity tools and Test Management, Software packages (SPIRA, TFS, Azure DevOps, RSAT experience is a great advantage)
• Ability to define optimal test coverage while keeping delivery deadlines in mind
• Solid understanding of testing principles
