Backend developer + A/B Testing + Behaviour Analytics

Experimentation & Conversion Optimization Role Build systems that track user behavior and run large-scale A/B / multivariate experiments to improve landing page conversion for high-volume traffic. Focused on building experimentation pipelines, A/B testing frameworks, and behavioral analytics systems using tools like PostHog and GrowthBook in a coding-first capacity.

Responsibilities

• Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)

• Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing)

• Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook

• Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results

• Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly

Required Skills

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web frameworks, architecture- Ideally with exposure to ad tech, fraud/traffic quality, security, or market data

• Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking

• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

• SQL + basic data analysis , database

• Familiarity with frontend performance and web experimentation

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-traffic websites

• Experimentation platforms or growth engineering

• Behavioral analytics (heatmaps, session replay)

• Python for data analysis.

Production Experience: Candidates must have experience with live AI projects used by customers, rather than just experimental or academic work.

• Organizational Scale: Preference for candidates from well-structured companies or larger teams.
• End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience in building, deploying, and supporting AI-driven systems.
