About the role As a Senior Solutions Consultant , you will be a strategic partner in Syncron’s sales process, combining technical expertise, business knowledge and strong communication skills to help customers solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with Sales and customers to understand their needs, design tailored solutions and clearly demonstrate the value Syncron can deliver. Through compelling storytelling, solution demonstrations and value-based conversations, you will help customers understand how Syncron's solutions can address their challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes. What would you do? Partner with Sales to develop winning strategies for complex enterprise opportunities. Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, objectives and requirements. Design innovative, tailored solutions that align Syncron's capabilities with customer needs. Lead compelling solution presentations, demonstrations and workshops throughout the sales cycle. Translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear, business-focused messaging. Use storytelling and value-based selling techniques to demonstrate the business impact and ROI of Syncron's solutions. Who you are? / What we expect: 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software/SaaS. Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, ideally involving multiple stakeholders and significant business transformation. Strong understanding of how to translate customer business challenges into effective technology solutions. Experience designing and presenting tailored solution proposals, demonstrations and workshops. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes. Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese The icing on the cake: Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into manufacturing, automotive, distribution or other asset-intensive industries. Knowledge of aftermarket, service, parts, pricing, inventory or supply chain processes.
