Senior Solutions Engineering Manager (Pre Sales – Zero Trust) – Remote

Our Enterprise Division is responsible for developing and selling Enterprise Security, Identity, Application Access products and Microsegmentation. Our goal is to navigate an evolution within customers into a more secure, dynamic and agile infrastructure. Collaborating with our enterprise sales, other internal teams and external partners is key. Partner with the best In this role, you'll be leading a team of SE Managers supporting the EMEA region. You'll be partnered with sales and product teams to ensure growth within the business. You'll also have the opportunity to transform the team through coaching using strengths, custom enablement and building technical excellence. As a Senior SE Manager, you'll be responsible for: Providing strategy, structure, leadership, direction and inspiration to the SE organization within the region Engaging with customers through demonstrating executive presence and maximizing customer satisfaction Partnering with Sales leadership and field Sales teams on strategy, must-win and strategic opportunities Collaborating with your peers and leadership to support the go-to-market initiatives for the region Leading with data-driven decision-making strategies to facilitate growth within the region Partnering with internal cross functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction Leading initiatives to build the capabilities of the team to introduce new products to our customers Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate experience managing a team, including career coaching, performance management, and mentoring Be capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Services Have expertise with Zero Trust security concepts and technologies such as Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA and Microsegmentation Possess the ability to analyze data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders Being a customer advocate passionate about delivering technical solutions and presenting technical topics to diverse audiences Demonstrate influential interpersonal skills and a proven record of successfully building collaboration around technical and business initiatives Learn what makes Akamai a great place to work Connect with us on social and see what life at Akamai is like!
