Senior Sponsorships Operations Advisor (Hybrid)

Position Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. The Senior Sponsorships Operations Advisor supports the Sponsorships Team and Marketing Division by owning budget planning and management, contracted ticket and hospitality asset strategy and execution, and the measurement of results, impact, and value across sponsorship marketing programs. You will provide analysis and assistance to drive budgeting, financial planning, and asset optimization for American Family Insurance’s sports and entertainment partnerships. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sponsorships, Partnerships & Events. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110 Internal candidates are encouraged to apply and should review the internal mobility guidelines in the hybrid policy reference guide for more information on potential relocation. Depending on the candidate pool, this position may be filled at a lower level to maintain alignment with experience and qualifications. We will not consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for this position Primary Accountabilities Marketing Sponsorships Portfolio Management You will act as day-to-day lead for assigned marketing Sponsorships which typically focus on regional, low-medium profile, with some high-profile assignments. You will develop executive summaries and Sponsorship activation recaps for senior leadership. You will consult with marketing leadership to assess needs and determine objectives for partnership activations to ensure effective and impactful experiences You will collaborate with management to oversee and synchronize resources, analyze data and develop recommendations targeting customers, markets and product opportunities and strategies. You will identify, develop, and manage budgets and plans across assigned Sponsorships. Marketing Activation Planning, Coordination, and Implementation You will lead the planning and implementation of marketing activations within assigned Sponsorships to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and divisional KPIs. You will provide logistical support for the Sponsorship related programming while supporting the strategic business objectives as defined by leadership. You will plan, develop and distribute integrated communications for promotions and/or events; partnering with executive leadership as needed. You will research and analyze metrics from Sponsorship activations, digital campaigns, and community support initiatives to measure against KPIs and optimize as needed. You will communicate Sponsorship results with marketing leadership and key partner contacts. You will collaborate with Media, social media, Digital, Creative, Brand, Advertising, Field Marketing and Creative Agency Teams to bring sponsorships and experiential activations to market. You will negotiate, review and edit elements of Sponsorship contracts and proposals with support from internal stakeholders and/or external agencies, You will manage and execute sponsorship assets to support sales incentives and recognition. You may be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service Demonstrated experience developing, executing and communicating consumer facing activations. Solid knowledge and understanding of budget management concepts. Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, practices and tools. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple, moderate to complex projects. Demonstrated experience in planning, data informed planning, analytical thinking, and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels regarding marketing topics, objectives and metrics. Travel requirements up to 10%.
