Senior Sports Product Manager — Prediction Markets (SportX / Provlepsi)

Department: Product Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid) / Remote considered for exceptional candidates Employment Type : Full-time Reports to : Head of Product Wiztech Group is hiring a Senior Sports Product Manager to lead SportX / Provlepsi, our prediction markets product powering live operators across regulated markets. This is a senior, hands-on role with broad scope. You will own the product roadmap, player experience, and feature development across web and mobile, working closely with engineering, trading, and leadership teams to build a best-in-class prediction markets platform. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the SportX / Provlepsi product roadmap across web and mobile Define and improve the player experience, market discovery, trading flow, onboarding, and engagement features Work closely with engineering and trading teams to deliver scalable and intuitive product solutions Analyze player behavior, product performance, and market trends to guide product decisions Translate complex trading and sportsbook mechanics into simple and engaging user experiences Define and track KPIs including engagement, retention, trading activity, and conversion Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience in sportsbook, gaming, fintech, trading, or prediction markets Strong understanding of sportsbook and trading products Experience managing complex product roadmaps and working cross-functionally with engineering teams Strong analytical and product thinking skills Ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive product experiences Fluent English Strongly Preferred Experience with prediction markets, sportsbook exchanges, or trading platforms Familiarity with products such as Polymarket, Kalshi, Betfair Exchange, or Robinhood Predictions Experience in real-money gaming or B2C entertainment products Spanish or Portuguese is a plus What We Offer Ownership of one of Wiztech’s most strategic products Direct collaboration with senior leadership and engineering A live product with real users and active markets Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Interested candidates can send their CVs to: [email protected]
