Join an established, fast-growing CRO that is expanding its statistical programming team across Europe. They are looking for Senior Statistical Programmers to join from anywhere in Poland, with fully remote or hybrid options available in Warsaw.

In this role, you’ll take on a senior, hands-on position in statistical programming, leading projects, driving regulatory submissions, and ensuring high standards across deliverables. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior programmers and shaping best practices within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading statistical programming activities across clinical studies
- Developing, programming, and reviewing SDTM and ADaM datasets
- Programming and reviewing TLGs for CSRs, ISS and ISE
- Performing CDISC and Pinnacle 21 checks
- Preparing and reviewing define.xml, aCRFs, and related documentation
- Supporting regulatory submissions
- Improving processes, macros, and programming standards
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced programmers
What we’re looking for
- Masters degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in clinical trial statistical programming
- Strong hands-on experience with SDTM, ADaM, TLGs, and CDISC
- Solid SAS programming skills
- Experience working in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Comfortable leading workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail, good organisation, and a practical approach to problem-solving
