Requirements REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of professional experience in business, consulting, communications, marketing, business development, leadership, management, sales, client relationship management, operations, or a related professional field Strong communication skills and professional presence Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to execute consistently over time Self-direction, organization, and comfort working independently Interest in ongoing personal and professional growth Ability to leverage technology and digital tools effectively Openness to an independent, performance-based structure Key Responsibilities Utilize proven marketing systems and digital tools to generate and manage interest Conduct professional introductory conversations with prospective business partners Follow a structured process to assess mutual alignment and fit Introduce qualified individuals to our leadership and personal development programs Guide prospective business partners through the next steps of the evaluation process Participate in ongoing training and mentorship Manage your schedule and priorities independently Apply proven systems designed to support long-term success Shared best practices are provided to help generate warm interest and meaningful conversations.
