Requirements REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of professional experience in strategic accounts, account management, client relationships, business development, consulting, marketing, communications, sales, leadership, or a related professional field Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships Strong communication skills and professional presence Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to recognize opportunities Self-direction, organization, and the ability to execute consistently over time Comfort leveraging technology and digital tools Interest in continued learning and growth Openness to an independent, performance-based structure KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize proven marketing systems and digital tools to generate and manage interest Develop relationships with professionals exploring change Conduct professional conversations with prospective partners Follow a structured process to assess mutual alignment and fit Share relevant information and resources with qualified individuals Guide prospective partners through their decision-making process Participate in ongoing training and mentorship Manage your schedule, follow-up, and priorities independently Shared best practices are provided to help generate interest and meaningful conversations.
