Help shape the future of our Hearing Aids Business
Are you highly organized, structured, analytically minded, and passionate about turning strategy into action? We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to support the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the Demant Hearing Aids organization.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, effective governance, and measurable results. You will play a central role in coordinating strategy processes, tracking progress, preparing management materials, and driving organizational alignment.
The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management competencies, and a proven track record from leading strategy consultancies or strategy departments.
The team
You will be part of Demant’s Hearing Aids business’ small and impactful strategy team, which support the senior leadership team and the Hearing Aids organization in driving strategy development, deployment and execution as we lead key strategic initiatives.
Joining us, your key responsibilities will be:
Strategy Execution & Coordination:
- Support the development, deployment, and execution of our strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Track progress against key objectives and identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Analysis & Insights
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize business, market, and competitive data in close collaboration with our Finance and Insights teams.
- Prepare strategic analyses and translate complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
Communication
- Support communication of strategic priorities across the organization in close collaboration with our communication specialist.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior management.
- Support the planning and facilitation of strategy meetings and workshops
Process Improvement
- Help strengthen strategy management processes, tools, templates and governance practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Support annual planning and strategic review cycles.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Management, or related field.
- +5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred
- Experience from a leading consultancy business
- Experience in supporting executive or leadership teams.
- Familiarity with strategic planning and execution frameworks

The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, Denmark with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days/week.
