Senior Supply Staffing Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Supply Staffing Coordinator to support staffing activities within the Java discipline. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining visibility of available engineering capacity, connecting Java specialists with relevant project opportunities, and coordinating the staffing process from initial proposal through final assignment.

You will work closely with staffing, delivery, and discipline stakeholders to ensure that available specialists are actively considered for suitable opportunities, staffing cases progress without unnecessary delays, and all related information remains accurate and up to date. The role requires strong coordination and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple staffing priorities simultaneously.

The key focus of this position is to support effective allocation and utilization of Java specialists and ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient staffing process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of available and soon-to-be-available Java specialists
• Match specialists with relevant project opportunities and propose them for open positions
• Coordinate and track candidates throughout the staffing process
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, decisions, and assignments
• Maintain accurate staffing data and identify potential utilization risks
• Collaborate with staffing, delivery, and discipline stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to independently drive staffing cases forward
• Strong follow-up skills and focus on timely results
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and staffing cases simultaneously
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with staffing data, pipelines, availability, and priorities
• Understanding of staffing/resource management processes
• Understanding of software engineering roles, seniority levels, and technical skill sets
• Basic understanding of the Java technology landscape is a plus
• Confidence working with internal systems, trackers, and reporting tools
• Good English communication skills, English level B2
