How you’ll make an impact
As a Senior Syndicate Specialist, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners to implement and manage complex syndicated loan transactions throughout the life of the loan. You'll use your strong analytical and financial expertise to assess information, identify risks and develop practical solutions to complex challenges. Success in this role requires the ability to balance multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, take initiative to learn and adapt, and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage the syndicate portfolio
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to Syndicate Specialists while ensuring transactions are processed accurately, controls are executed effectively and loan data integrity is maintained
- Process all activities for syndicate loans in the system
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure loan integrity
- Create and execute controls and monitor syndicate loans
- Create customer correspondence
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) specializing in accounting or finance
- Minimum three years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
