Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Work Location: Remote, Argentina

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions
Collaborate with architects, product owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Support development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Review technical designs, implementation approaches, and code when required
Validate technical deliverables against business requirements
Identify technical risks and recommend improvements
Define and validate test scenarios to support quality assurance efforts
Create and maintain technical documentation
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions
Contribute hands-on to development, troubleshooting, and solution delivery when needed
Essential Skills
8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Software Development, or Solution Design
Strong expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with technical specifications and solution documentation
Solid understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to review and contribute to application code when needed
Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Git, and Docker
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP BTP
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Professional proficiency in English
Optional Skills
Experience with AI-powered applications, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, or AI Agents
Experience With Playwright Or Other Automated Testing Frameworks
Prior experience mentoring developers or serving as a Technical Lead
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Portuguese or Spanish language proficiency
