Senior Systems Engineer - Agile/Scrum (HYBRID)

Job Description: Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer – Agile/Scrum with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in Annapolis Junction, Maryland . This role supports Systems Engineering efforts within an Agile software development environment, with responsibilities involving Scrum, end-to-end development environments, system trade analyses, system design alternatives, and technical documentation. Job Responsibilities: Serve as an Agile Scrum Master. Work within an Agile software development environment. Generate technical documentation. Utilize Jira and Confluence. Be responsible for end-to-end development environments. Conduct and/or approve end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize system operations over its life cycle. Develop system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth. Minimum Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required. Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Experience as an Agile Scrum Master. Experience working in an Agile software development environment. Experience generating technical documentation. Experience using Jira and Confluence. Experience with end-to-end development environments. Experience conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize system operations over its life cycle.
