- Balance multiple searches and priorities while keeping a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
- Bring market knowledge and recruitment expertise to conversations with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving our recruitment processes, tools and ways of working as the company continues to grow.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting when business needs change.
- A proactive and curious approach, with an interest in finding better ways of doing things.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership, while also knowing when to ask for input or support.
- Someone who enjoys working in an environment where processes are evolving and is happy to contribute to building them.
- Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Results-oriented, organised and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
