At ExWo, we’re building a global digital platform focused on fairness, simplicity, and radical transparency. We’re not here to reinvent the wheel – we’re here to make it turn better.

We’re growing quickly and building many things from the ground up, including our Talent Acquisition function. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us and play an important role in supporting our growth.

This is a varied role where priorities can change, new challenges can come up, and processes are still evolving. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is comfortable adapting along the way, and is excited to help shape how we hire.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles, from Engineering and Product to Marketing and Operations.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the hiring process.
  • Work across different levels of seniority, from individual contributors to Managers, Heads of Department, VPs and C-level roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines using a mix of direct sourcing, networking, referrals and creative approaches.
  • Balance multiple searches and priorities while keeping a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Bring market knowledge and recruitment expertise to conversations with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving our recruitment processes, tools and ways of working as the company continues to grow.
  • Bring new ideas and approaches to the team and help us build TA practices that work for our business.
  • Work closely with the wider People & Culture team and the business to support ExWo’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally within iGaming, gaming, technology or another fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience hiring for a range of seniority levels, including Managers, Heads of Department and ideally C-level positions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in building collaborative partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Good sourcing skills and confidence in building pipelines for different types of roles and markets.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting when business needs change.
  • A proactive and curious approach, with an interest in finding better ways of doing things.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership, while also knowing when to ask for input or support.
  • Someone who enjoys working in an environment where processes are evolving and is happy to contribute to building them.
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Results-oriented, organised and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus.
  • Premium health insurance.
  • Up to 25 days paid annual leave
  • 1 work-from-home day per week.
  • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic international company.
  • A collaborative, fun, and forward-thinking work culture.

If you’re ready to bring your energy, empathy, and excellence into a fast-moving, player-first environment – we’d love to meet you.
