Your Mission is to own the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business and technical roles. You'll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving hiring strategies, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with Koinz's culture and business goals. What You’ll Own Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies. Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process. Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Koinz as an employer of choice. Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to continuously improve hiring performance. Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience. Support strategic hiring projects and recruitment initiatives as the company scales. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within startups or high-growth technology companies. Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, including commercial, product, engineering and business development. Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment metrics. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
