Principal Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows Configure, customize, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities. Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation. Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the Salesforce platform Participate in code reviews and contribute to the enforcement of Salesforce development best practices Support ongoing Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions across the CRM ecosystem. Collaborate effectively with other developers, administrators, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives by leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and emerging Salesforce and HubSpot features. Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support documentation. Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot platform releases, new capabilities, and industry best practices. Skills: Experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud applications, including setup, theming, and user access controls Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms. Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation, or the ability to quickly learn and support HubSpot.
