As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mississauga (on a 1 year contract), supporting the Ontario and Western Canada region. You should possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative and driving initiatives forward. This is a 12 month contract role and can be based in Mississauga. This role is eligible for a Hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities Deliver full-cycle talent acquisition, with a focus on management consulting talent Lead global recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment across regions and consistency in hiring practices Build and maintain strong networks within the consulting industry, enhancing employer brand and developing strategic partnerships Partner with leadership to design and execute targeted, global talent attraction strategies for consulting professionals Provide market intelligence, including global consulting industry trends, competitor insights, and innovative recruiting practices Proactively identify and engage high-calibre, passive consulting candidates through advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across all regions Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners globally to align on workforce needs and recruitment progress Qualifications 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on management consulting hiring Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consulting professionals across multiple regions Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a consulting environment Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities within niche, global consulting talent pools Business acumen, including the ability to interpret data and understand key consulting business drivers Adaptability, accountability, and comfort working in complex, ambiguous, and globally distributed environments Hourly rate range: $48 - $68 At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
