Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist


An important and fast-growing company is looking for a passionate, proactive, and data-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on the technology ecosystem.


In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting digital talent (Software Engineering, Data, Cloud/DevOps, Product, AI, etc.). Beyond full-cycle recruitment, you will work closely with Digital Managers and business leaders as a true strategic partner, helping us scale our teams, optimize processes, and ensure a memorable candidate experience. This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO).


Mission


Ensure the attraction, assessment, and onboarding of top technical talent through sustainable sourcing strategies, market analysis, and efficient recruitment process management.


Key Responsibilities


1. End-to-End Digital Talent Acquisition


● Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, Product Designers, etc.).

● Design and implement direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and advanced search methodologies (Boolean Search).

● Assess candidates not only on their technical competencies but also on management capabilities (when required), cultural fit, motivations, and long-term career potential.


2. Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management


● Coordinate intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align expectations, define evaluation criteria, and establish recruitment timelines.

● Advise technical leaders on market trends, salary competitiveness, and talent availability.

● Report key recruitment funnel metrics (Time-to-Hire, pass-through rates, offer acceptance rates, etc.), proposing continuous improvements.


3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding


● Design and maintain a transparent, agile, and empathetic candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

● Participate in Employer Branding initiatives (tech events, hackathons, professional social media posts, collaborations with universities and bootcamps).

● Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes actively promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).


4. Process Management & Tools


● Keep the ATS (Factorial) updated with accurate information and daily candidate tracking.

● Collaborate in preparing job offers and lead onboarding package and employment condition negotiations.


Requirements


Experience


3 to 6 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, primarily focused on technology/digital roles (technology consulting firms, specialized recruitment agencies, product companies, startups, or scale-ups). Proven expertise in advanced sourcing tools and software development communities.


Technical Knowledge


Solid understanding of the modern technology ecosystem (backend/frontend stacks, cloud and infrastructure concepts, common software architectures, Agile/Scrum methodologies). Ability to hold meaningful conversations with senior engineering professionals and understand their technical projects and challenges.


Communication & Negotiation


Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills when interacting with both technical candidates and leadership teams.


Languages


Native or fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1) to conduct professional interviews and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.


Nice to Have


● Experience in fast-growing scale-ups or international/remote environments.

● Familiarity with recruitment metrics and KPI analysis.

● Knowledge of international labor legislation and hiring models (EOR, Contractor, etc.).


Location & Conditions


● Schedule: Full-time (7.5 hours/day).

● Location: 100% remote option, with the possibility of working from the Barcelona office.

● Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite.

● Primary Location: Spain.
