Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance Manage all communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business Essential Behavioural Criteria: Building Relationships Delivering quality Commercial focus Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with experience in the construction infrastructure or defence market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
