Senior Talent Partner Hot Job Fully Remote • NEWPORT BEACH, CA 92660 Quick Apply Overview Salary Range $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 Salary/year Quick Apply Description Exante360, Inc., is looking for a Senior Talent Partner who wants to join us on our bold initiative of “improving lives through relations, by connecting people to solutions.” Role The Senior Talent Partner leads full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical, professional, and leadership roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and company leadership, driving talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning efforts, and recruiting best practices that support business growth. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, leadership, and specialized positions within the AEC environment. Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders regarding recruiting strategies, talent market conditions, workforce planning, and hiring decisions. Develop and execute recruiting strategies for critical, high-priority, and difficult-to-fill roles. Partner with HR leadership to identify current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans. Leverage recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms to improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes. Utilize project management platforms such as Asana to manage recruiting workflows, track hiring initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure accountability for recruiting deliverables. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical, operational, and leadership positions. Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), employee referrals, professional associations, networking, and industry-specific channels. Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, career progression, and cultural alignment through screening and interview processes. Conduct detailed assessments of candidate skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers regarding finalist selection. Research compensation trends, labor market conditions, and competitive salary ranges to support effective hiring decisions. Facilitate and guide hiring managers through interview planning, candidate evaluation, and selection processes. Prepare and maintain job descriptions, hiring profiles, interview guides, and recruiting materials. Lead offer development and negotiations in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers. Monitor recruiting metrics and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely recruiting documentation and records within the ATS. Mentor and provide guidance to Talent Partners, recruiting coordinators, and hiring managers on recruiting best practices and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition systems, workflows, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience. Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, career fairs, and professional associations to strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines. Support special projects related to workforce planning, succession planning, talent mapping, and organizational growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field required. 6–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting technical, professional, and leadership-level talent. Demonstrated experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry or a closely related technical environment. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted recruiting tools, automation platforms, talent intelligence solutions, or sourcing technologies. Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and support strategic hiring decisions. Familiarity with process automation, workflow management, and technology-driven recruiting methodologies preferred. Proven success filling difficult-to-source and specialized technical positions. Experience partnering directly with leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and recruiting initiatives. Strong understanding of engineering, design, construction consulting, project delivery, BIM/VDC, project management, and other technical AEC disciplines. Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed, and industry-specific sourcing tools. Experience utilizing recruiting analytics, market intelligence, and metrics to drive hiring decisions and process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience mentoring recruiters, coordinators, or recruiting team members preferred. HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
