📍 Hybrid in Dublin

📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 months

As we continue to grow our client base in Dublin, we’re expanding our team and have a number of new opportunities coming available.

We’re currently looking for Senior Talent Partners to join our team. You’ll work as an embedded Talent Partner within one of our client organisations, partnering closely with hiring managers and teams to support their recruitment needs.

We’re looking for experienced recruiters who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines and operating as a trusted partner to both candidates and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring

• Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

• A consultative approach to recruitment

• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in delivering great outcomes

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Additional language skills are highly desirable, particularly European languages
