📍 Hybrid - San Francisco - 3 days in office

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You’ll need strong experience hiring technical talent, including Software Engineers, Product and Infrastructure within a global fintech/payments organisation.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires at pace. Your work will be highly visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas

• Use data and insights to look beyond activity and help hiring managers make better decisions

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders

• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods

• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience

• Drive continuous improvement across the hiring process

• Help build recruitment strategies that support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months

🔍 What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment

• A strong track record of hiring technology talent on a global scale

• Confident working independently and managing senior stakeholders

• Hands-on sourcing experience across both passive and active talent pools

• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused

• Able to build genuine trust and strong relationships with our client
