Overview

We are seeking an experienced, self-directed and tech-savvy Sr. Talent Management Specialist to support the execution and continuous improvement of global talent management programs. This role will serve as the primary owner for our new hire orientation, learning system administration, and talent program coordination.

The Sr. Talent Management Specialist will independently manage established programs, proactively build scalable processes and resources and partner with the Global Talent Management team, HR partners, HRIS, HR Shared Services, facilitators, vendors, and employees globally. This role is a critical operational hub for a growing function serving 16,000 employees across 30 countries.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on site at our Milford, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities

Learning Systems & Resources (Talent Operations/Program Execution )

  • Serve as the primary LMS administrator for the Talent Management function owning content management, enrollment, troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Establish, configure and maintain learning content, courses, curricula, learning paths and learning resources within SuccessFactors learning
  • Partner with HRIS and other LMS stakeholders to support system configuration, data accuracy, learner access, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the integration and management of digital learning content and platforms, including Skillsoft and other learning resources.
  • Build and maintain processes, documentation, and governance practices that support the future growth of learning administration within Talent Management.

Talent Program Execution & Delivery

  • Coordinate and lead the delivery of enterprise talent and development programs with a high level of independence and initiative.
  • Manage program logistics including scheduling, participant enrollment and tracking, communications, materials, facilitators, virtual platforms, room arrangements, and evaluations.
  • Support delivery of leadership and manager development programs, mentoring programs, and other recurring talent initiatives
  • Maintain program calendars, project trackers, participant records, and other tools needed to support effective program execution.
  • Support vendor administration, including scheduling, materials, contracting coordination, and invoice tracking.
  • Maintain and update Talent Management intranet and SharePoint resources so employees and managers can easily access relevant program information and materials.
  • Support talent program launches and communications in partnership with HR Communications and other stakeholders.

Facilitation & Learning Design

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and other repeatable talent programs as needed, both virtually and in person with energy, presence and professionalism.
  • Develop and update presentation decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and other learning resources using tools such as Articulate 360 or similar
  • Apply adult learning principles to improve the clarity, engagement, and effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
  • Support digital or self-directed learning content and improve program materials and delivery based on participant feedback and business needs.

Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track participation, attendance, completion, evaluation results, and other program-level measures.
  • Manage participant evaluations and feedback processes and translate evaluation data into clear actionable insights for the team and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate program records and documentation that support reporting for the broader talent function.

New Hire Orientation & Onboarding

  • Own and continuously improve the new hire orientation and onboarding experience from Day 1 through Day 30.
  • Design, coordinate and deliver the Day 1 orientation experience at the Milford headquarters while maintaining a global onboarding framework that provides consistency in core content and appropriate flexibility for local needs.
  • Own all onboarding resources, materials, communications, guides, and toolkits for new employees and managers.
  • Lead the Orientation Ambassador program, including recruiting and scheduling volunteers, preparing and training ambassadors, maintaining facilitator resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of the model.
  • Use participant and stakeholder feedback to identify and drive improvements grounded in data.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, HR program management, or a closely related field, with demonstrated track record of independently owning and operating employee programs from start to finish
  • Hands on working experience with Learning Management Systems; SuccessFactors Learning, Skillsoft, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong facilitation (in person and virtual) and learning-content development skills, with foundational knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles; Articulate 360 or similar tools a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Comfort using participation, evaluation, and feedback data to identify opportunities for program improvement.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global or matrixed environment.
  • Experience supporting learning and talent programs in a global environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite , 3 days per week , Milford MA
