Senior Tax and Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do Client Work & Strategy Review and oversee the preparation of business and individual tax returns Develop proactive tax strategies for clients across a range of industries Partner with clients to identify planning opportunities and optimize outcomes Internal Leadership & Quality Serve as the firm’s go-to resource for all tax-related matters Support and review work performed by managers and team members Establish best practices, processes, and standards for tax work Team Development Train and mentor staff on tax concepts, strategy, and execution Provide ongoing feedback to improve quality and consistency Build the Function Play a key role in building and scaling the tax function over time Contribute to hiring, structure, and long-term tax function growth What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required in accounting CPA 5+ years of experience in public accounting Strong experience with both business and individual tax Prior experience reviewing returns and managing work quality Experience in mentoring and managing team members Desire to take ownership and grow a function Benefits We offer a competitive salary ($150K - $200K DOE), incentive pay, and flexible leave. 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Paid holidays and a generous PTO policy.
