Role Description The Senior Team Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati. A Senior Team Lead provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to Team Leads and their teams. The role is responsible for ensuring that every Team Lead meets their KPIs, daily operations are properly managed, and performance or operational gaps are addressed promptly.
