What You'll Do Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize and evolve the product roadmap Provide technical leadership across discovery, design, implementation, and hypercare phases Ensure alignment with architecture, security, compliance and regulatory requirements Assess the impact of enhancements, releases and integrations across the Veeva ecosystem Support validation, risk assessment, change management and audit readiness activities Act as the Veeva subject matter expert, guiding vendors and reviewing solution designs Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization and innovation Skills & Capabilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platforms Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams Veeva certification (Administrator, White Belt, Platform Associate, or equivalent) preferred Knowledge of Veeva domains, integrations, APIs, and regulated environments (GxP, CSV/CSA) Experience in multinational organizations with exposure to AI-enabled product delivery and automation Rewards & Benefits Private medical & dental care Life insurance Subsidized meals Employee pension plan In this position you will earn no less that: Poland: 17000 PLN gross/monthly, Portugal: 4700 EUR gross/monthly Relocation support is not available for this job At PMI we run the business in line with ethical principles and encourage SpeakUp culture.
