About the role Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Network & Wireless L2 who will be responsible for design, implementation, and support of enterprise network and wireless infrastructure. This role provides senior level technical leadership, ensures high availability, security, and performance, and supports end-to-end project delivery and operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare HLD and Execute implementation of approved HLD/LLD. Configure and deploy routers, switches, Wireless-LAN devices. Perform greenfield and brownfield deployments. Implement LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network solutions. Plan and execute network migration activities. Execute change windows with minimal downtime. Provide onsite/remote support during cutovers. Prepare rollback plans and ensure successful execution. Conduct FAT / UAT testing. Perform redundancy and failover testing. Ensure compliance with security baselines and standards. Update LLD and as-built documentation. Prepare implementation reports and MOP (Method of Procedure). Work with multiple OEMs. Support project managers in implementation planning. Technical Skills Required OSPF (multi-area design & optimization) EIGRP / IS-IS Switching Technologies SD-WAN fundamentals ACL configuration Port security WLC RF Planning Tool NAC Integration Basic Python / Ansible for configuration deployment Template-based configuration Experience Requirements 5–10 years of experience. Hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise/DC rollouts. Certifications (Preferred) Cisco Systems CCNP Enterprise/Wireless Other OEM equivalent certification Key Competencies Strong execution capability. Ability to work in critical change windows. Risk identification and mitigation skills. Clear technical documentation skills. Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
