Come make an impact every day at Zebra. What We're Looking For: Zebra Technologies is looking for a highly autonomous and strategic Senior Technical Program Manager to join our CSS business unit. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between technical execution and business ROI, driving digital transformation initiatives that apply AI, automation, and data analytics to solve complex challenges. Partnering closely with local product owners and a globally distributed engineering organisation, you will lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale programs and help shape our technical future. This position operates on a hybrid working model. To foster strong team collaboration while maintaining flexibility, you will work 3 days a week from our office in Brno, and enjoy the flexibility of working from home for the remaining 2 days. Responsibilities: Drive the execution of solutions from concept definition and requirements validation to release management, system integration, and deployment to production. Architect and execute initiatives utilising AI, automation, and data analytics to improve product delivery, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business value. Build and lead workstreams across Sales, IT, Product, Engineering, and Support. You will independently build relationships and align diverse global stakeholders. Own program plans and budgets. Anticipate and mitigate risks, proactively resolve complex blockers, and ensure we meet committed delivery dates despite organisational or technical hurdles. Organise and present business, technical, and program status reviews to Senior Leadership using dashboards, digital media, and Jira. Translate customer problems into solution requirements, define proof of value, and utilise AI-powered reporting tools to generate actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: 8–14 years in technology delivery roles with progressive responsibility in Technical Program Management or Program Delivery. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of both product and engineering contexts A proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end within a multi-site, globally distributed organisation, including seamless coordination across different time zones and cultures Hands-on familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern engineering tooling to effectively evaluate trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies (hands-on coding is not required) Deep expertise in release planning, proactive risk identification, managing complex cross-team dependencies, and vendor coordination, driven by a strong bias for delivery excellence and pragmatic problem-solving Exceptional communication skills with the proven ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences, successfully building consensus across all levels - from hands-on engineers up to senior leadership (Directors/VPs) Familiarity with SaaS/enterprise product delivery, DevSecOps practices, and leading initiatives involving AI, Machine Learning, or data analytics. Relevant Agile/PM certifications (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMP) and experience using advanced PM tooling with AI features are highly advantageous Benefits: 5 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days and 2 volunteer days paid off. Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
