Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical projects across our organization. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of software products, and act as a key liaison between engineering, product management, and stakeholders. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate technical challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives. Proven Professional Backgroundin managing technical programs from inception to delivery in a senior role 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts effectively Expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps and Jira Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple projects Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making in ambiguous situations Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Paid Time Off Performance Bonus Training & Development
