About the Role You will step into a large enterprise environment where new AI services, integration changes and security-related approvals need to move from idea to approved, operational services. This role is about creating momentum across teams that do not report to you and making sure important deliveries reach closure. You will work close to technical, security, legal and operational stakeholders, driving structured progress through formal internal processes. A big part of the role is to turn complex approval paths into something clear, trackable and actionable, while keeping documentation at a level that others can rely on. You will also help shape new ways of working as AI services are introduced and productised for broader use. This is an especially interesting opportunity if you enjoy combining technical understanding, structured delivery and real influence in a first-of-their-kind AI landscape. Job Description You will drive security and compliance-related changes to closure by defining scope, coordinating owners and securing sign-off. You will build and run the end-to-end intake and onboarding path for AI services, both for external tools entering the organisation and for internally built products launched as service offerings. You will lead integration assessments and re-assessments when permissions expand or new components are introduced, and make sure required revisions, approvals, configuration changes and rollout steps are completed. You will move AI services through a formal IT service-introduction process, including impact analysis, governance preparation, Technical Solution Document work, security review coordination, Service Portal setup, CMDB activities, pilot planning and service-desk handover. You will prepare and maintain key documentation such as intake flows, runbooks, decision records, AI use-case registers and policy-to-control mappings. You will use LLM assistants as part of your daily way of working to draft, refine and publish high-volume documentation with strong quality. You will keep one clear status view across the programme, showing what is in flight, what is blocked and which actions are needed from whom. You will carry written scope and boundary agreements across several stakeholder areas through alignment and signature. Requirements Fluent Swedish and English. Proven experience delivering technical projects across organisational boundaries in a large enterprise. Experience driving deliveries through a formal IT service-introduction or ITSM process, including service portfolios, solution documents, governance approvals, CMDB and service-desk handover. Experience delivering security or compliance changes through an InfoSec or risk function. Experience taking a SaaS product from evaluation to production, including assessment, contract-related coordination, identity integration and rollout. Strong written English with publishable quality, since your main output will be documentation that others act on. Hands-on daily experience using LLM assistants to produce real working documents, with the ability to prompt, verify and edit AI output to a professional standard. Technical depth to discuss RBAC models, API scopes, SSO flows and data classification without needing concepts explained. A background as a product manager or project manager in a backend or platform-oriented environment. You are comfortable creating progress and alignment without formal authority.
