Senior Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Remote

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST (US Shift)

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end US recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing client requirements and interview coordination
• Candidate follow-ups and offer closures
• Achieving recruitment targets

Requirements:

• 1+ years of US Staffing experience
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
